Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

You can walk in any day we are open. To book, message us on WhatsApp at (863) 555-0103 with your name, the service and the day that suits you, and we will confirm the same way.

How does the line work?

Add your name to the board when you arrive and you are taken in the order you came. Booked clients are seen at their time. Waits vary; the board shows who is next.

How long does a cut take?

From 25 to 60 minutes, depending on the service. Each service shows its minutes on the services list.

What are a low, mid and high fade?

It is how high the change in length starts on the side of the head. The fade guide shows each with a picture.

Do you cut every kind of hair?

We cut straight, wavy and curly hair. If you bring a photo, we will tell you what we can do with your hair.

How often should I come back?

A fade holds up well with a visit every two to three weeks. A beard, every three to four. Your barber will tell you in the chair.

Can I ask for a barber?

Yes. When you book, choose your barber. If you walk in, tell whoever greets you and wait your turn.

What if I am late or need to cancel?

Let us know at least 3 hours ahead to change or cancel. If you are late, we wait a few minutes; after that we take the next person in line.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Yes, from age 2. An adult from the family stays in the shop during the cut. A first cut takes more time.

Who speaks Spanish?

All three barbers speak Spanish. Jonatan and Darien also work in English.
